Davide Roth from CSR Architects has sent to us a competition project, awarded with the 2nd place, to design a 300 chain stories around Spain.

A good architecture work is always the result of a participating process between client’s needs and architect’s ideas. Locate an architectural office at ground floor means have a stronger relationship with the final user.

The office is now an open space towards the city and the people. The workplaces in the lobby are access-free for who may want to learn more on architecture system and work. In this way the presence of someone taking care of you is not necessary. The space invites to stimulate imagination of people.

The spaces are designed with a strong character that is also repeatable and adaptable to different places.

The architecture becomes a Brand. The Brand produces architecture.
